The plaintiff, Thomas E. Hall, has instituted this boundary suit to have judicially determined his west line of Lot 681 of the Cedar Grove Addition to the City of Shreveport, which line separated Lot 681, owned by plaintiff, from Lot 680, owned by the defendant, Wesley Bairfield. Incidental relief sought is the removal of a steel fence constructed by the defendant and alleged damages to shrubbery. The controversy arose due to differences in a survey...
