This is an action for damages for personal injuries, and, also for damages done to plaintiff's automobile. Plaintiff had a verdict and judgment for $5,000. Defendant has appealed.

The facts are: On August 19, 1954, an eastbound automobile driven by plaintiff and a northbound automobile driven by defendant collided at the intersection of 31st Street and Southwest Trafficway in Kansas City...
