On April 5, 1955 appellant, Tillie Halperin, a woman 61 years of age, was injured as she was trying to alight from a bus owned by appellee, Hot Springs Street Railway Company, and operated by one of its employees, after the bus had stopped on Central Avenue in front of the Arlington Hotel in Hot Springs.
