PER CURIAM.
This case comes to this Court on a Clerk's Transcript.
Defendant was accused by information filed by complainant, of the crime of assault and battery upon him. Upon trial to the Court defendant was found guilty as charged and it was adjudged that he pay the costs taxed at $13.12, and that he be confined in the county jail of Pottawattamie County for a period of seven days. Defendant appealed.
We find no error and the judgment is therefore...
