This is a suit to recover on a contract of automobile collision insurance. The insurance company denied liability upon the ground that the policy had been canceled prior to plaintiff's loss. The case was tried to a jury and resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for the amount of his loss, with interest, plus a penalty for vexatious refusal to pay, and attorney's fee.
