This suit was brought by George Anderson against Brackin Motors, Inc., for the recovery of damages sustained by reason of personal injuries and property loss in a collision between plaintiff's pick-up truck and a sedan automobile owned by the defendant and driven by its employee, Billy Ray Sibley.
