Thomas against Southdown Sugars, Inc., in an effort to compel the said corporation to transfer to him the shares of stock (originally 734) represented by Certificate Number 2211 of Realty Operators, Inc., of which Southdown Sugars, Inc., is the successor and which had been issued to (Mrs.) Jean M. Fulton and which certificate was in the possession of the said Thomas and was alleged to be owned by him...
