This is an appeal by the defendant, Mae Huckleberry, from a judgment in the sum of $10,000 which the circuit court entered in favor of the plaintiff after the jury had returned its verdict. The action which terminated in the entry of the challenged judgment arose out of a collision of an automobile, operated by defendant Mae Huckleberry, in which the plaintiff was riding as a nonpaying guest, and a truck driven by the other defendant...
