Each defendant has moved to dismiss the information on three grounds: (1) the court is without jurisdiction for the reason that the offense charged is cognizable only by, and under, the exclusive jurisdiction of the Blackfeet Tribal Court of the Blackfeet Indian Reservation, (2) the information does not state sufficient facts, and (3) the defendant is placed in double jeopardy by reason of a conviction for the same offense in the Blackfeet...
