This is a bill in equity seeking specific performance of an option for the reconveyance of real estate contained in a purchase and sale agreement, signed by the buyer but not by his wife and not recorded. The facts have been found by a master in a report filed March 26, 1956. The case turns primarily on the construction of the language of the option limiting the time for its exercise.
