PER CURIAM.

This appeal is before the Court upon an information accusing the defendant, Ann Brown, of the crime of Larceny In The Day Time as provided in Section 709.5 of the 1954 Code of Iowa, I.C.A., in that, on or about October 18, 1956, she did take, steal and carry away from the store building of the Armstrong Fur Shop certain furs of the value of more than twenty (20) dollars.
