Fred Ferrell Simpson was arrested on a warrant charging him with the unlawful sale of alcoholic beverages in Montgomery County on July 8, 1956, in violation of § 4-58, Code 1950, as amended. It was also alleged in the warrant that he had been previously convicted of a similar offense.
