EDWARDS, J.

Immediately after World War II plaintiff and defendant in this cause formed a partnership in a small manufacturing enterprise. The articles of agreement were dated November 15, 1945. The enterprise lasted less than 5 years for plaintiff Alford filed his bill of complaint for dissolution of the partnership February 24, 1950. It appears that plaintiff Alford was and is a practicing physician in the town of Belleville...
