This is an appeal from a judgment awarding damages for the loss of lettuce crates as a result of a fire started by the defendant husband.

The evidence is in dispute as to the ownership of the lands involved. The trial court found that the defendant husband was a licensee of the premises upon which the fire was started, and that the crates were on land owned by the plaintiffs. The evidence does not...
