This is an appeal from an adverse judgment in an action for a bill of review instituted May 25, 1956 by appellant, John A. Patella. Appellant, the father of two minor children aged six years and five years respectively, sought to have set aside a prior judgment rendered in October 1955, permitting the adoption of the children by appellee Billy Joe Jones.
