Appellee, a woman passenger in a motor vehicle, sustained personal injuries as a result of a collision with another motor vehicle, in the State of Kentucky. The insurer of the latter vehicle brought suit in Virginia in a court of competent jurisdiction for cancellation of a policy of insurance on the ground that the insured had procured its issuance by fraudulent representations.
