This is an appeal from a final decree entered in a proceeding for a declaratory decree determining the rights and obligations of the parties arising under a written purchase and sale agreement by which the plaintiffs undertook to purchase certain parcels of land in Weymouth. The evidence has not been reported but we have a report of the material facts.
