In 1942 the Central States Electric Corporation, a Virginia corporation, filed a petition in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, for reorganization under the provisions of Chapter 10 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 501 et seq.
