On January 25, 1952, one Thomas H. Felix executed and delivered a warranty deed which conveyed certain real estate located in Kansas City, Jackson County, Missouri, to defendant Carrie Davis. Mr. Felix died on February 17, 1952. Plaintiff, an alleged creditor of Felix, thereafter instituted this action in which she sought to set aside the aforementioned deed and thus subject the real estate therein described to the payment of her alleged claim...
