A jury found appellant guilty of operating a motor vehicle in the District during the period for which his operator's permit had been revoked.1 This appeal claims error in the charge to the jury in that (1) the trial court failed to instruct the jury that it could return a verdict of not guilty, and (2) the trial court instructed the jury that the facts were not in dispute.
