These 2 causes of action were consolidated for the purpose of trial and were brought to recover damages from the Yellow Cab Company on account of personal injuries suffered by Clara N. Corbin and property damages suffered by her husband, Mart E. Corbin, in an automobile accident which occurred in the city of Battle Creek on September 1, 1953.
