It was brought by the plaintiff Qualls, the plaintiffs Hurley and the plaintiffs Marshall to abate a dust nuisance arising from the defendant's operation of a turkey ranch. The general area involved is one of large ranches, in the foothills, devoted to the grazing of cattle and dry farming.
