Prior to the institution of this suit George W. Sevier posted notices of a trustee's sale under a deed of trust for a foreclosure of the property here involved. Before the sale, this suit was instituted by the Luczynskis for rescission, temporary injunction, and other relief on final hearing, alleging fraud of Sevier as seller of a house and lot in Dallas County.
