LATHAM v. PEOPLE

No. 18223.

334 P.2d 437 (1957)

William Harold LATHAM, Plaintiff In Error, v. PEOPLE, Defendant In Error.

Supreme Court of Colorado.

September 30, 1957.

Concurring opinion. For majority opinion see 317 P.2d 894.

KNAUSS, Justice (specially concurring in the result).

I concur in the result solely on the ground that the so-called conviction in the county court of Delta County mentioned in count three of the information was void for lack of jurisdiction of that court to try defendant for the offense charged against him.
