On appeal from a pro forma decree of a Justice of the Superior Court confirming a decision by the Industrial Accident Commission that it had no jurisdiction over a petition for an award of compensation.

The appellant was an employee of John J. Wallingford who operated a sawmill in West Forks, Maine. Mr. Wallingford cut and supplied his own logs for the mill. The appellant, Mr. LeClair, had been employed by Mr. Wallingford a year and a half...
