This is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Magistrates' Court of the City of New York, Felony Court, Borough of Queens, against defendant John T. McCormack for disorderly conduct in violation of subdivision 8 of section 722 of the Penal Law. The case was tried on June 7, 1956, before a City Magistrate who found said defendant guilty and sentence was suspended. Defendant also appeals from an order dated February 8, 1957...
