Plaintiffs, domestic corporations, engaged in the retail food business in the villages of Kenmore, East Aurora and Snyder, respectively, are suing the defendants, individually, and as officers of unincorporated labor unions for a permanent injunction restraining certain picketing by the defendants of each of their premises and for money damages.
