Respondent, Frances Tress, and her husband, Martin B. Tress, were owners of the property in question as tenants by the entirety. On December 16, 1954 the husband recorded a quitclaim deed dated March 23, 1954 purportedly executed by his wife, respondent herein, releasing her interest in the subject property to him.
