Sunbeam Corporation, an Illinois corporation, filed a complaint in the district court in Kentucky to enjoin appellees from selling trademarked electrical appliances manufactured by Sunbeam, at less than certain prices. Sunbeam sold such products in interstate commerce and maintained so-called fair trade contracts with its dealers in Kentucky.
