The plaintiffs bring this action to foreclose two chattel mortgages executed by the defendants Juel A. Lium and Irma Jane Lium. On March 25, 1950 the plaintiffs loaned to the defendants $10,000 and the defendants executed a promissory note in that sum due March 25, 1953 with interest at 6% per annum payable annually.
