Highway Patrolman Angle and the witness Hobbs, who was riding with Angle on the night in question, both testified that late that night they observed an automobile which there were meeting weave across the center stripe and off on the shoulder of the road, that they turned around and gave pursuit and were finally able to bring the appellant...
