Appeal by plaintiff from a judgment in his favor against defendant E.W. Bennett in an action for breach of contract.

On March 21, 1950, E.W. Bennett and Emma K. Bennett as lessors entered into a written lease of a parcel of realty with Thomas Distributing Company, a corporation, to be referred to as Thomas, as lessee.
