Appellant was convicted by the court, sitting without a jury, of operating an automobile while under the influence of intoxicating liquor1 and driving through a safety zone. The chief errors alleged on this appeal are: (1) that there was insufficient evidence to support the conviction, and (2) that the trial court's decision was contrary to certain supposedly uncontradicted medical testimony.
