Jacob R. Podjed filed a complaint in trespass against Roy E. Wolfe to recover property damage resulting from the collision of their respective motor vehicles, which occurred at 6:30 a.m. on July 13, 1955. The case was first heard by a board of arbitrators who found for the plaintiff. From this award the defendant appealed to the Court of Common Pleas. The ensuing jury trial...
