This is an action for property damage and loss of use of a tractor-trailer truck damaged in an intersectional collision in Salisbury on March 18, 1955; the tractor-trailer truck of plaintiff (appellee here) was making a left turn from a boulevard "stop street" on a green light when struck by the car of defendant (appellant here) which was coming on the boulevard straight through the intersection from the opposite direction...
