This is an appeal in 4 consolidated injury cases, arising from a collision between an automobile owned and driven by Clifford Moore and a tractor driven by Wesley G. Palmer, in which Moore and 3 passengers in his automobile were injured. The cases were tried together and a verdict returned by the jury in each case. No issue is raised as to the amount of the verdicts, also, no issue is raised as to the contributory negligence of Clifford...
