This appeal is from a decree dismissing a bill of complaint, "except that portion in reference to the appointment of a receiver, the sale of the partnership assets, the distribution of the proceeds thereof and the dissolution of the partnership". The bill of complaint, filed by one of the partners in a restaurant business known as "Uncle Sam's Restaurant", in Aberdeen, Maryland...
