Appellees brought this suit for damages and false imprisonment. At the conclusion of the evidence the court overruled defendant's motion for instructed verdict and submitted two issues to the jury. They are: "(1) Do you find from a preponderance of the evidence, if any, that the defendant, its agents, servants or employees, caused the plaintiff, Mary Lou Hornsby, to be falsely imprisoned?
