On January 13, 1956, this court reversed the judgment of the District Court which ordered that William C. Dunham, as trustee in bankruptcy, pay to the petitioner, Robert W. Jaffke, the sum of $27,400, on the theory that the petitioner had traced into the hands of the trustee that amount of funds which the bankrupt, Robert L.
