"Appellee Blas Sanchez, as Plaintiff, sued Appellant El Paso City Lines and Appellee Tony DeLora, as Defendants, for damages resulting from an automobile accident. DeLora sued City Lines for damages in cross-action, and City Lines prayed judgment over against DeLora for indemnity or contribution. Trial to a jury resulted in findings of fact that failure to keep a proper lookout...
