HERRMANN, Judge.

The defendant was tried by jury upon a charge of arson in the first degree. The property involved was 418 West Front Street, in Wilmington, which was being operated as a junk yard by Wilmington Waste & Materials, Inc. Motions for judgment of acquittal were duly made during the trial but were denied. Following a guilty verdict, the defendant now renews his motion for judgment of acquittal and, in the alternative he moves for a new trial.
