This case involves an automobile accident which took place the night of December 21, 1954. The plaintiff, Saranette Frank, was a passenger in a car driven by Ione Stiegler, one of the defendants. The plaintiff was riding in the rear seat. The automobile was proceeding south on Penn Avenue North in Minneapolis toward the intersection of Penn and Fifth Avenue North. There were cars parked on both sides of Penn Avenue and the Stiegler car was being driven...
