Elsie B. Murphy filed a bill of complaint against George C. Mcintosh and Nellie S. Mcintosh, husband and wife, for specific performance of a contract, wherein the defendants agreed to purchase from the complainant a tract of land and certain personal property for the sum of $73,000. The bill charged that the defendants repudiated the contract without just cause, and that they demanded the return of the deposit which they had made when the contract...
