This is an action of assumpsit to recover a sum of money which the plaintiff, a nonresident, had on deposit in her name alone in the defendant bank. The case is here on the plaintiff's bill of exceptions to certain rulings of the superior court overruling her demurrers to the defendant's fourth and fifth pleas to the declaration and sustaining the defendant's demurrers to several replications to each plea which the plaintiff filed after her demurrers...
