Prior to the execution of the trust agreement the plaintiff was the sole beneficiary of a testamentary trust under the will of his father. The First Wisconsin Trust Company was trustee of said trust. Under the provisions of the testamentary trust the trustee was authorized to pay the corpus thereof to the plaintiff when he attained the age of twenty-five years, but with discretion to with hold such payment until he attained the age of thirty-five years...
