This case involves a construction of the statute entitled "Unfair Sales Act", R.S. 1954, Ch. 184. Plaintiff here has brought an action at law seeking treble damages resulting from alleged advertising, offers to sell, and sales below cost with intent to injure competitors, including the plaintiff, and to destroy competition.
