Crosby, during the year 1956, resided in Brooks County, Georgia, near the line between Brooks and Lowndes Counties. He was engaged in farming and cultivated lands in Brooks County and in Lowndes County on which his tobacco crop was grown. 2. On or about the 5th day of March 1956, the said C. H.
