This is an action by the plaintiffs to recover from the defendant the sum of $2,800 and interest from the 22nd day of September 1953. On that date the plaintiffs, Farm Machinery Incorporated, doing business as Myhra Equipment Company, entered into a conditional sales contract with the defendant for sale and delivery to him of certain potato harvesting machinery for which the defendant agreed to pay $7,119.
