Plaintiffs brought this action against the United States for the refund of federal income taxes in the amount of $626.90 for the year 1954, and in the amount of $8,092.12, for the year 1955. Plaintiffs' claims for refund of these taxes had been previously disallowed. The Government in its answer admitted all the allegations of fact in the complaint.
