"My name is Phillip Scanlin, and I am 26 years of age; I was born in Carthage, N. Y., and at present consider the following address my home, 328 Upson No. 3, El Paso, Texas.

"I started to work for White Auto on September 8, 1956, as credit manager and assumed full responsibility...
